a. This Contest is open to all Users with a residence in the Philippines.

b. You must have access to the Internet in order to enter.

a. The Contest begins December 1, 2021, at 12:00 AM GMT+8, and ends December 12, 2021, at 11:59 AM GMT+8.

b. Any winner of the Competition will no longer be eligible to win any of the other prizes.

c. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

d. Decisions of the PropertyAccess PH founders are final – no substitutions will be available, unless the winner has not acknowledged their win. In that case, PropertyAccess PH will redraw a winner.

e. Delivery and redemption of prizes will be between December 15, 2021 - February 15, 2022.

f. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, newspapers and other publications and in slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage).

g. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that PropertyAccess PH may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

h. PropertyAccess PH retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

i. The PropertyAccess PH reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest only due to fortuitous circumstances or in case of bankruptcy.

j. Participants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored. Participants have the right to access, review or rectify any personal data held by PropertyAccess PH in connection with the Contest via their account dashboard.

k. If a Participant does not provide the required data when requested, that Participant’s Entries will be ineligible for any prizes. All information provided will be maintained in accordance with PropertyAccess PH privacy policy, which Participants should read and understand, and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest.

l. PropertyAccess PH is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, or transmission. PropertyAccess PH is not responsible for theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind. PropertyAccess PH is not responsible for inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by PropertyAccess PH on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of PropertyAccess PH. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, PropertyAccess PH reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. PropertyAccess PH further reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Contest. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

m. PropertyAccess PH is not responsible if a player’s device is not compatible may be because of internet connection, unsupported browser or any other hardware or software issues.
