Amaia unveils affordable housing at Cabuyao
The Philippines is notorious for having traffic-ridden roads that Filipinos endure every day in order for them to get to their workplace. As a solution to this problem, developers have been creating housing options away from the metro but still relatively close for the city comforts.
One such developer is Amaia with Amaia Scapes Cabuyao at Laguna. They’ve created a fully-developed growing community with 19.1 hectares of space.
“The rich forestry of Cabuyao, a premier city in the province of Laguna is what attracts Ayala Land, Inc. to proceed in the construction of the Amaia Scapes Cabuyao,” said the property developer.
Amaia Scapes Cabuyao offers potential buyers with a selection of homes. For instance, a house would typically have 60 square meters (sq.m.) floor area, with a minimum lot area of 80 sq.m. Now, a total of 45 house units are available with provisions for future home expansions.
Amenities include a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a pavilion for social gatherings and other events for their residents to enjoy.
“Amaia Land’s new offering puts you where you want to be: several kilometers South of Mega Manila, where the air is cleaner, the environment is greener, and the community exudes an old hometown vibe that reminds you of what life used to be,” Amaia said.
The development can be accessed from the cities of Calamba and Sta. Rosa. It’s a 25-minute drive away from South Luzon Expressway, and is within reach of malls, public markets, schools, and hospitals.
