DMCI Homes to build residential building in QC
A new residential building from DMCI PROJECT Developers, Inc. is set to rise in just a few paces from the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3), and a proposed subway station.
The new building, The Cresmont, will be a 3,000 square meter (sq.m.) property along Panay Avenue in South Triangle, Quezon City. The building will have 50 floors and will offer one- to three-bedroom units, sizes range from 33 sq.m to 84.50 sq.m. These units will cost somewhere between P5.62 million to P13.43 million.
According to DMCI Homes, “[a]s its name signifies — Crestmont means impressive peak — the condominium project will offer ample living spaces and premium amenities suited for today’s hectic yet still family-oriented lifestyle.”
This is a resort-inspired project and will feature units with large windows, spacious balconies, efficient air conditioning system, and so on. It will also house DMCI Homes’ first ever Sky Deck Pool.
The Crestmont is expected to be ready for occupancy by September 2025.
