PropertyAccess.co, a real estate company based in Singapore, has been actively communicating the state of the global real estate market, with a focus on Southeast Asia, since our establishment in 2017. After overcoming the covid-19 pandemic, PropertyAccess has organized once again the International Property & Investment Conference Tokyo 2023 (IPIC Tokyo 2023)
This will be our fifth event in two and a half years, the largest event in Japan to introduce mainly overseas real estate. Real estate companies not only from Southeast Asia but also from the United States, Australia, South Korea and Dubai have gathered for this event.
The real estate market is recovering from the global pandemic. We see the appetite and confidence of investors gradually return - as witnessed by our developer partners. We have a lot of great presentations all throughout the two-day conference that focuses on the topic immigration and overseas investment. With the yen's depreciation in 2022, there is more interest in working overseas and earning foreign currency. We also feel that it is necessary to have access to the rest of the world with a renewed appreciation of Japan's strong points, rather than simple globalism. We believe that this event will provide an opportunity to think about immigration and investment from the most familiar and indispensable aspect - real estate. We hope this event will be a meaningful one for everyone.
